Standard delivery to Australian addresses is included in the listed product price. No separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled through EONLITH’s international supply and logistics network. Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the international logistics provider, the current estimated transit time to Australia is approximately 9–12 working days. This is a reference estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Customs inspection, public holidays, severe weather, remote-area delivery and carrier disruption may extend the journey.

Order preparation occurs before international transit. For one-of-one pieces, acquisition requests, bespoke work, drilling, stringing, setting or other agreed modifications, preparation time will vary and will be confirmed directly by EONLITH before completion of the purchase. The delivery estimate begins after the finished order has been dispatched.

Tracking details will be provided when they become available. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Depending on the objects ordered and their packaging requirements, an order may be sent in more than one parcel.

If a parcel appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact EONLITH with the order number so that the shipment can be reviewed with the logistics provider.
